Sliac is situated in the Zvolen valley, almost in the middle of Slovakia,
between the two regional towns – Zvolen and Banská Bystrica. It is
located 3,5 km (2,17 miles) NW of the spa town of Sliac. Access is
from the road connecting Zvolen and Banská Bystrica. |

airport is mainly individual, but there are also buses and taxis. A parking
space is available for departing passengers and parking in a locked
