Airport Sliac provides services also for military aircraft, flying under civilian rules. Those are especially passenger or cargo aircraft flying to/from abroad, belonging to the Armed forces of the Slovak republic, as well as to other air forces. With Slovakia joining NATO, this traffic will increase dramatically.
